SpeedSource Wins GT Class At The Rolex 24 At Daytona

SpeedSource lived up to its motto of ‘Never Give Up’ when it bagged the GT Class at the Rolex 24 At Daytona 2010. The team included Nick Ham, Sylvain Tremblay, David Haskell and Jonathan Bomarito, together they raced in the No.70 Castrol Syntec Mazda RX-8. Racers teamed up to give the team its second Rolex 24 victory in three years. It also turned out to be the 23rd class victory for Mazda in the Rolex 24 At Daytona.

Sylvain Trembley owed the success of the team to the dealers of North America and Mexico as well as to all the members of the Mazda Speed Motorsports and club racers. SpeedSource began with a third but eventually lost its pace during the third and the fourth hours. This loss continued when the car began to vibrate.
