The 2010 Giraglia Rolex Cup is scheduled to begin from the 13th of June at Saint-Tropez, featuring yachts from all over the world. The rivalry between the Italians and the French is expected to spice up the competition; blending fierce competiveness on the water with a spirit of joie-de vivre outside.
The week long competition consists of three grueling days of inshore racing followed by a 245 nautical mile distance race. The race will be represented by 16 nations, with the European comity of nations racing under the European Union Flag. This truly international event will start with the inshore Series on Sunday, followed by the offshore event on Wednesday, June 16th.
